These new Chalets have recently been completed in Pymoor!

Greg Saberton Design brought the Client’s ideas and vision from the drawing board and guided them along the way to the building. With advice and guidance all the way with Contractors and local planning authorities, and keeping the style local.

A Local refurbishment project saw this Ely building have a complete makeover, a 2 storey oak porch was added, and the roof was completely replaced.

A triple Car port and double garage was also brought into the design.

A design was drawn up to replace the Client’s old, small conservatory with a small extension.

The result is a roomy and very light living area with skylight bringing light from all angles

The client required a substantial extension to their property, detailed designs were drawn up for the client and then planning permission was obtained. Greg Saberton Design advised all through the project to ensure a happy build.

The completed project offered more living space for the client.

Single Storey Extension in Littleport

Looking at renovating and creating more living space, the client contacted Greg Saberton Design with their requirements and ideas. Greg Saberton Design created a modernised extension plan and helped the client with advice all through the build.

The owners of this delightful Bungalow in Witchford were in need of more space but loved the location. Having carried out an informal no obligation assessment of the site, we felt confident that the bungalow could be transformed into a substantial family home, giving the owners the much needed space they craved and also enhancing the look of the property. A Planning Application was duly drawn up and full planning consent agreed. We also provided the required drawing to comply with building regulations. The owners are delighted with the resulting home and are enjoying the increased space and improvements.
